Mr. Scott D. Williams, (also known as “Coach Scott”) was born in White Plains, NY and at an early age moved to Columbus, OH.

 

Mr. Williams received his Bachelor degree from Wilberforce University, in Organizational Management, and his Master’s degree from The University of Dayton, in School Counseling.

Mr. Williams is well-respected throughout Central Ohio.

As member of New Covenant Believers’ Church since 1989, and shared his time, talents and treasures as a Greeter, Ministry Leader of Marriage Enrichment, and Co-Leader in the Married for Life Classes, Men’s Mentorship Program, Developing the First Basketball Camp, and currently serving on the Usher Board.

​

Since 1998, Mr. Williams has been employed with the Columbus City Schools.  He has operated in various areas in the district as Athletic Director, Head Boys Basketball and Cross Country Coach and currently serves as School Counselor at West High School.

 

Mr. Williams is humble and an influential, trailblazer, and trendsetter.  The founder and visionary of:

• The Distinguished Gentlemen’s Group – a nine-week counseling session which focuses on Self-Esteem, Self-Image and Self-Respect at the High School Level

Mr. Williams has received numerous awards, such as:

Mr. Williams has helped and assist hundreds of Students-(Athletes) and families with college decisions.

Mr. Williams has been married for 30 years to his lovely wife DELLA.  They have three children Pashia Spalding, Kamri Williams, and Zachary Williams, Son-in-law Corey Spalding, a beautiful granddaughter Arabella Riley Spalding, and two handsome grandson’s: Kingston Taylor and Xander Spalding.

In addition to being a husband and father, he is also a Coach, Mentor, Role Model, Motivational Speaker, Leader and Friend.  Mr. Williams understands his purpose in life.  His model to the youth has always been.  “If you see it, you can believe it, if you believe it, you can achieve it.”
